Women Leaders Association Names Carole Stizza Denver Coaching Partner

-REDPRESSWIRE- The Women Leaders Association, the largest publisher and events organization for women professionals with 43,000 members and more than 130 regional chapters, today announced Carole Stizza, PCC, SHRM-SCP, as a Coaching Partner of its Denver chapter. She joins Leadership Coach Kate Zappitelli on the chapter's Coaching Partners roster, giving Denver members two coaches screened for credentials, track record, and client results.

Coaching is one of the highest-impact investments a professional woman can make in her career, and one of the hardest to shop for. Titles are unregulated and quality varies enormously. Under Coaching Partners, the association does the screening on the member's behalf, vetting every coach for recognized certifications, verifiable experience, and excellent client reviews, so members can book a consultation with confidence.

Most leadership advice tells you what to do differently. Stizza helps leaders see what is getting in the way.

After more than 25 years working across military and corporate environments, she has seen the same pattern again and again, and it is rarely arrogance or a lack of skill. It is ego: the blind spots that grow with altitude, and the habits that helped a leader succeed and now quietly hold her back. Those blind spots do not stay with the leader. They show up across the team as lack of trust, avoided conversations, misalignment, and reduced performance.

For senior women in Denver, who are often promoted precisely because they are the ones who get it done, those habits can be hard to see from the inside. The same drive that earned the promotion can leave a leader carrying everything alone.

Stizza describes her work as simple, but not easy: tame the ego, elevate the leader, strengthen the team. As the founder of Relevant Insight Coaching, she has spent more than a decade helping senior leaders and teams enhance communication, build trust, and foster accountability. She works with senior leaders and executives, with leadership teams, and with organizations ready to improve how their people actually work together, through one-to-one executive coaching, leadership programs, and her keynote, No Ego at Altitude.

What changes when ego is no longer in the way? In her words: clearer communication, stronger trust and accountability, more effective teams, and leaders who do not carry everything alone. The results her clients report include promotions into senior roles, more engaged and aligned teams, and increased confidence in high-stakes conversations. "I was promoted to director... choosing to see things differently made the difference," one client said.

Her path into coaching ran through human resources and organizational psychology. From 1998 to 2012 she held roles in leadership development, HR, and organizational consulting across corporate, nonprofit, and association environments, including the National Confectioners Association, Pinsight, and Ehlert Bryan Engineering, leading training, facilitation, and team development. She then advised organizations on leadership development, talent strategy, and workplace dynamics across corporate and military environments, work she says laid the foundation for her focus on ego and leadership blind spots. She founded Relevant Insight Coaching in 2016, and since 2019 she has also served as an executive coach with Optify, supporting engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness inside organizations during growth and change.

She has been named a Top 10 Executive Coach to Watch and a Top 20 Leadership Development Coach. She is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Leadership Circle 360 certified, a HEROIC Public Speaking Fellow, and a Strength Strategy Certified Specialist. She holds a master's degree in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and a bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, both earned with a 4.0. She is the author of The Ask Framework, a guide to the questions that elevate your influence, performance, and leadership, and a contributing author to Compassion@Work and Coach Wisdom.

"Most leadership advice tells you what to do differently. I help leaders see what's getting in the way," said Stizza. "Usually it isn't arrogance or a lack of skill. It's the habits that helped you succeed and now quietly hold you back. When ego is no longer in the way, communication gets clearer, trust and accountability get stronger, and leaders stop carrying everything alone. I'm glad to bring that work to the Women Leaders Association's Denver members."

"The higher our Denver members rise, the fewer people will tell them what they can't see," said Lydia Price, 2026 Volunteer Chair of the Women Leaders Association. "Carole helps leaders find those blind spots and get past them, and she brings an ICF Professional Certified Coach credential and a grounding in organizational psychology to that work."

Stizza's appointment is part of a national rollout extending Coaching Partners across the association's network of more than 130 chapters, pairing each city's members with coaches selected for that market.

Coaching Partners extends the association's mission of giving professional women both structural transparency and individual support. Research from Pew and others estimates that women still earn roughly 15 percent less than men on average, and the association's Glass Ceiling Score project scores most major U.S. employers on how fairly they promote women into management and executive roles. Coaching Partners adds the personal dimension: once a member sees the landscape clearly, a proven coach helps her move through it.
